I had gone to discount tire to get an alignment I was told by the guys I needed my tie rods replaced. After doing some exploring i came across mikes tire and service center, i saw all the amazing reviews and didnt hesitate to call I spoke to Brad let him know what was going on. I came in and it turned out my tie rods were fine but I did need a new tire and an alignment and they were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Very trust worthy people Brad and his team are amazing, honest and very friendly. They could've lied and took my money but they are honest guys just doing their job the right way. To all my fellow women please come here dont get ripped off elsewhere. They definitely earned my trust. Keep up the honest good work!

Thanks is needed for assisting with alignment issues on my vehicle. Very knowledgeable of suspension systems... Only thing minus on , my steering wheel still has tilt when driving ..just notice which 65mile ride to Concord today 7/3/26..to visit grand youngn..maybe we can correct that later in upcoming week if time permits

When I contacted them to schedule an appointment, I felt dismissed. I requested a specific time slot on a particular day and was simply told they were busy. No alternative times or dates were offered, and there was no effort to discuss scheduling options. The interaction left me with the impression that my business was not a priority.

Mikes Tire and Service has now bailed me out twice in the last month. My daughter goes to school in Greensboro and we live in Northern Illinois. So, when she has any type of car issues, I'm not able to help. About a month ago, she had a knocking noise while driving. She took it to a local shop and they told her it was just rust making the noise (trucks get a little rust living in Northern Illinois.) We then found Mikes on Google with good reviews. She made an appt with them right away and they fit her in. As soon as she pulled into the parking lot, one of the mechanics heard her truck and knew immediately what the issue was (Bearing). They had her fixed in a day and at very fair price. And then just 2 weeks ago, her battery light came on. I figured it was an alternator so she called MIkes again. They got her in same day, diagnosed the issue as a dash cluster issue (not the alternater) and had her back on the road next day. This is the type of service that makes a dad who lives 15 hours away, feel very good. She will be back in to get her truck looked over with an oil change and tire rotation before she makes the drive back home after her semester ends. Thanks MIkes

This shop was referred to me by another shop that was too busy. These guys were busy too, but we set an appointment for them to look at my car. Before setting the appointment, I asked for a rough price of what it would typically cost and they gave me a number. When I came in, there were very professional and I left the car and told them I needed it back that day, but they were running late so they agreed to pick me up the next day so I can pick up my car. The final cost was less than their original rough estimate which made me feel confident that these folks are extremely honest. I will certainly use them again.
